Potential for there to be some shenanigans based on the orders being out of SN order, and that the last 3 appear added but odd after a legit entry. The interesting news is from a friend on GMIC forum, the recipient was a commissar of a partisan detachment. This is a translation from the site: 1st Anti-Fascist Brigade On August 16, 1943, the so-called "Russian National People's Army", organized by the Nazi invaders from prisoners of war, went over to the partisans. She received the name of the 1st Anti-Fascist Brigade. On August 25, its formation ended, as a result of which 5 rifle detachments, a company of machine gunners, a communications company, an artillery battery, and a bomb squad were created. In September, an educational reserve battalion (9th detachment) was formed from citizens of the Logoisk, Pleschenitsky and Smolevichsky districts. In March 1944, his personnel were transferred to the brigade detachments. In January 1944, the 10th squad was formed. In April - May 1944, the brigade suffered heavy losses (1026 people) in heavy battles with punitive agents, 5 squadrons (5, 6, 7, 8, 10th) and a communications company ceased to exist.
