just find this little set

 

- armand : for medical service

- red collar for doctor

- green collar for chemist

 

the metall insignes are used on the kepi, overseas cap or the collar and used by doctor, chemist or veterinary

 

the little insigne with the laurel crown is used by assistant and " male nurse "
