The first card appears to be an Ausweis for a man's service in the Land Labor Service, which I am not too familiar with. The second card is an Ausweis issued to the same man to allow him to be in the Paris area. The second card, I believe indicates that he is some type of Beamte (official) in service with the Luftwaffe. Feldpost Nr. 12979 was for the Generalluftzeugmeister in Paris.

I have never seen the first document before, so I would have no idea where to start (I was only able to ID it through translating the text and general knowledge of German paperwork); but the second one I have seen similar documents being offered between $50 and $75.
