This could just be a Patriotic badge but I wanted to be sure.It has that French look to it and it is made out of brass.It has three crescent moons one red one white one blue behind the winged ladie.Any thought are appreciated.Scotty PS it's two by one inch.

In general it would be French Algeria, from the Constantine Province. It may be a French Algerian regional administrative zone badge. I have seen it before in a full enameled version.
