I wanted to share this Chinese Order of the Cloud and Banner with Special Cravat, 4th Class medal. It was awarded during WWII to Brigadier General Earl S. Hoag while Commanding General of the India-China Wing, Air Transport Command.

Very nice one. Not easy to find 4th class. Did you still have the certificate? Just a side note, I think the neck ribbon was a later issue.
