December 11, 20196 yr #3 I don't think so, a Gefechtshelm M92, note the positions of the bolts or whatever they call them on yours, the German one has one on the side almost kinda like the old WWI-WWII styes where the vent hole was, here it's seems to be functioning both as a suspension split pin and a vent hole.

At least not the actual German helmet. When a new helmet was developed in the late 1980´s, early 1990´s a similar speciem was made by "Schuberth" company. As I recall these samples, called "hybrid helmets" had the same liner as the one posted by Robert. Are there any markings visible?

That would make sense, the U.S. Kevlar had several experimental versions trialed in the 70s. Here's one in 1974.
