February 5, 20197 yr #1 Here are two Officer's visor hats from my collection one is 1968 an the other is 1971 dated
February 10, 20197 yr #5 Nice Visors, Robert! Especially the second one that seems to be in better condition than the first one. If you don't mind I'm adding a NCO/enlisted one for comparison with red piping for Artillery. It's a 1963 dated sealed sample from Albert Kempf hat factory in nearly mint condition.
February 10, 20197 yr #8 Neat 1960s caps guys. Is the attached tag on the NCO/EM cap a post WWII style "Probe" (pattern) sample tag?
February 10, 20197 yr #9 Neat 1960s caps guys. Is the attached tag on the NCO/EM cap a post WWII style "Probe" (pattern) sample tag? Yes, Sarge. It's a sample tag.
February 10, 20197 yr Author #10 Thanks for sharing the enlisted hat Lars, its very nice and thanks to Sarge for the nice comments, I always value your input. Robert
February 18, 20197 yr #11 Did we mention that these Schirmmuetzen can still be worn today referring to Bundeswehr regulations? Attached pictures of a private tailored/purchased Schirmmuetze a friend of mine received last week.
