I need opinions and ID on these Shoulder boards

I have had these doe a number of years but I am not well versed on German WWII insignia, I was wondering if some one could tell me if these are period shoulder boards and exactly what they are. I have picked up German material over the years especially Luftwaffe material as I like it but I am not an expert at detecting real or fake in many cases. Your opinions appreciated.
