Late Buckle 1990

Here a buckle from the transitional period of 1990 without a state symbol. After the peaceful revolution, it was not sure if and when it would come to a reunification. The GDR also agreed to continue to exist as an independent state. In this short time until reunification, the communist symbols were removed. On uniform caps the GDR state symbol was removed and replaced by a black-red-golden Konkarde. Also this buckle was issued without GDR state symbol. Eventually, these buckle came from a planned export business.
