February 19, 20197 yr #1 I purchased this item at an estate sale in 1994. The individual who owned this had served with the Afrika Korps until captured by British forces in north Africa 1n 1943. I know his name and and that he was assigned to the 21.Panzer Division, but few other specifics except that he became an American citizen in 1959. I am curious as to whether this mug was a 'one-up' personal souviner or if others have cropped up over tha years. Anyone seen a similar item in their travels?
