I know this is French (at least that is what it was listed as), but what medal is this? Appreciate any help! This is a mini. What is a good range for a mini of these? I need just a planchet for a doll project.

Found it! It is a medal that was instituted in the 1920s, for Under 20 year olds who saw combat action during WWII.
