I cannot fine an example of this badge in any of my reference books. I fear it

might be a repro. Unmarked 53.5 mm tall, 43 mm wide, eagle is 50.25 mm long.

Personally I don't feel good about this one, but they aren't badges I've focused on. But, after looking through a large database, I've never seen a flat wreath band like that and the details simply look rough. Just my two cents.
