What is this French medal for? Or called? Or from when? Found a few being sold online, but was wondering if someone can help me out with what exactly is it? Any thoughts are appreciated. It says "L'Aigle de Lutèce" around the center.

It’s some kind of association medal, not an official military one. Not really sure what the association comprises, but perhaps veterans.
