I picked this up last Sunday and besides knowing its imperial german sash I know what the colors stand for.

Any help is appreciated

If the backing and stripes are black, I believe it should be Prussian.

If the backing and stripes are black, I believe it should be Prussian.  

Back is black but stripes look light brown or similar color.
