Here is a 11 ¾” X 15 ¾” watercolor painting by T.R. Rache titled “Parademarsch im Schritt, Feld-Artillerie Regiment Nr. 33, A.M. Nr. 27 Coburger Marsch.” I believe this is a plate for a book on uniforms. I have not been able to find any information on T.R. Rache other than this postcard which is titled:

Tyske husarer i Reims, 9. september 1914 Samtidigt feltpostkort tegnet af T.R. Rache, udgivet af Det kongelige saksiske Indenrigsministerium som nummer 6 i serien Der europäische Krieg 1914/15.
