One of my favorite newest finds is this Russian Airborne jacket that also came back from Kosovo. This one has the MC patches over the breast and on the sleeve. MC is what was worn by Russian Peace Keepers (Мирная Сила or Peace Force). This set also had Sergeant rank in the pocket, but are not attached.

If I am not mistaken, this jacket has a 94 date.
