July 17, 20197 yr #1 I had built these tanks years ago and always wanted to make this diorama, but the fenders on the Pz III did not look right, so I bought PE fenders to better show battle damage and I'm happy with the result. This dio is about the end of Operation Typhoon (Assault of Moscow) in late 1941 by the Wehrmacht when the Russian forces counterattacked and the German Pz III & Pz IV were completely outclassed by the Soviet T-34 tanks; hence the title "Rude Awakening". As always all comments and critiques are greatly appreciated. Semper Fi. Manny

It falls very naturally, which I know is extremely hard to do! Awesome diorama!
