The Helmgarten

At first I thought they were grave markers. (In a sense, they sort of are.) But I am surprised they post them out by an open road, where they could be easily grabbed by a passerby.

I could be misremembering as it was several years ago, but I belive it was robbed, and was remade but covered in barbed wire, but not quite reaching its former glory. I might be imagining this though.
