Dad's birthday is in sight so it's high time for another small in-between project. Dad was born in 1940 and he still has a lot of his old toys including tin vehicles and so called "Massefiguren" from Elastolin etc. All these toys were heavily used and are in rather bad condition so they only have a non-material value of course. We spent some wonderfull times together restoring some of his figures, painting them etc. I found these five figures recently and would like to add them to his collection. They are in bad condition but I still have two weeks time to improve them as far as possible. Here's the gang:

 

 

I think I'll have to start with the weapons and the hats of these two cowboys.

 

For the hat I have choosed a "soft solution" with double sided tape.

Cool. Now as modelers, we can do stuff like this.

Some more minor details to add but I think I'm done with this little in-between project. Just in time.
