Russian Airborne Beret - Transitional Piece

This beret is a transition piece that was used in the 90s when the Soviet Union had fallen and the old USSR Armed Forces were transitioning to the new Russian Armed Forces.

This is a Soviet era Airborne beret that has the USSR enlisted cap device on the front and the new Russian flag pin on the side. This combination wasn't used for a long period of time for obvious reasons.
