I have a chance to buy this, but it looks a little weird to me. One decal looks recently removed, and looks like they hit the rivet when doing so. I know very little abot TR items, and tend to stay away due to the great repros that are out there. Thanks for any advice, also would like some price range on value, thanks.

Looks like its ok, probably was an overpaint with the decals dug out. Probably took the tri-color straight off when they removed the paint
