I have this photo of a NSKK function in which I believe the Japanese fellow is General Oshima . I have looked at a large number of online Japanese General photos and have come to the conclusion it is Oshima.....can any member more familiar than I confirm my conclusion?

I am inept at doing computer stuff.took me several tries and a cup of coffee in between...close as I could get without major distortion.

I dunnno now, now he looks kinda youger then the general, if so an aide or part of the Japanese military liaison?
