Hi! Any thoughts on this medal? I know absolutely nothing about these, but would love to have one. I have a chance at this one, as it might be possible in my budget. However, I'd love opinions on era. It looks really nice, and I'm not even against a restrike,but even those from the PAris mint are over my budget!

 

Any thoughts on this one are appreciated!
