Yes, a very nice private purchase enlisted/NCO Artillery Trooper's sword.  Your sword is etched to the 4th Field Artillery Regiment of Prince Regent Luitpold of Bavaria (Magdeburg).  These were privately purchased by soldiers as a better than issue sword that could be worn off duty.
