Hey guys, I scored this M18 German helmet a few days ago and was hoping on a rough value?  It has the chinstrap but is broken on one side.  There is no liner but there is the metal liner band.

In loooking at completed ebay M18 sales since the pandemic began, I'd guess $200-250.

Is The band a M1935 type?

I will take pictures of the band tonight when I get off of work.  I am not too familiar with German helmets.

Here's what one looks like with it's leather pads, I think these can be replaced with repros, the repros will be of superior quality just like the originals, but have no idea where you can look, there was a guy in Pittsburgh who did real quality work, but sadly he passed a few years ago.

That's a nice M18. If I was to sell this helmet I would place a price of $300.00-$350.00 as is with chinstrap. Only because it is a M18. Nice lid.
