Where Can I get a repo shirt and tie for this?

All,

 

I think finding an original shirt and tie for this would be next to impossible. Anyone know if/where they sell good repo’s? Have the KM dress belt for this too.

I go to the Goodwill store and buy old white shirts and black ties for a few dollars for my uniforms on torsos for display.  All you can see are the collars and the width and material of the ties under the original tunics.  Just don't buy the button down collars.  😉
