Sure similar to Spanish para wing to me.

Interesting. They are very similar. All the ones that I see have the parachute in the middle. I was also able to find a band one with the music in the middle. Anyone know if this patch may be like a US "flash" where a pin would go? Really cant find anything. Thanks easterneagle87. You gave me something to build on.

Have found nothing new. Anyone have any suggestions?

 The wings are older Spanish Air Force post WWII and are most likely General Staff wings as they have no device on them.
