Approximately 6" by 3.5 " felpost letter of condolences signed by General of Infantry Mauritz von Wiktorin as Commander of Military Distrct XIII in Nurnberg. He was a Wehrmacht General that was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. He commanded the XIII Army Corps in the Operation Barbarossa, the invasion of Russia and the siege of Leningrad. Both letter and envelope are in very fine condition. Was looking at this one , and wondering if anyone had an opinion, or thoughts??

Does the signature stand out as being done by hand and in ink or does it look like a form letter ? Here is an example of a hand signed document I have in my collection or RAD items signed by Fritz zur Loye

i had not considered this to be a form letter, but inspection with a loop, it appears to be the same ink as the border.     bummer....
