One question, what or where is Rirl, getting no hits, got to be some kind of Navy Officer School right, located at Rirl? But where is Rirl?
February 15, 20215 yr #6 I did a research after receiving the translation as well and found out nothing. Meanwhile I´m pretty sure that the location is "Kiel", a German city and one of the most important German naval bases. There was another misspelling with the date so I have corrected location and date in the last post now.

February 16, 20215 yr #8 Here a history of the Hermann Künne, which is intriguing cause the ship's number here is 19, but on the postcard gives its number a 52, and we do see 52 on her hull in the photo, was there two numbers given destroyers,maye on the outbreak of war? Cause in the wiki, you'll see a destroyer, the Wilhelm Heidkamp, sister ship to Hermann Künne, Wilhelm Heidkamp's number is 21, but in the photo it has 49 on her hull https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_destroyer_Z19_Hermann_Künne

February 16, 20215 yr #10 Referring to "lexikon-der-wehrmacht" number 52 was the peace-identification (Friedenskennung) of this destroyer.
