This à Lieutenant sapper jacket, as there is no regimental numbers on the colars I would say this is à headquarter officer or this is à post ww2 display. Maybe à Mdle 1950 jacket.

so this is a Mle 52 or 59 from a lieutenant of Transmission (radio) to be sure of the model we need somes pics of interior pockets.

All right so to me this is a Mdle 59 but if you have somes close pics of the front down pockets we will be 100 % sure
