Bastogne Stars are a mystery.  They look American made with the Bastogne city arms mounted on and eagle which in turn is mounted on a white enameled five point star with two long screws. My guess is that these were mounted on the hats of ceremonial hats like a high school marching band. The large one is 4 1/8 inches across. Has anyone seen these before?
