A buddies buddy in post Gulf war Iraq got me this, belonged to one of Sadam's generals. Apparently the generals would have multiple sets of uniforms and regalia in their various estates. He got it from one of those villas.

Actually there is nothing uncommon on that bar, they run from the 60s to the 80s and could be for any officer. Search Iraqi medals on e-Bay and you will likely find most of them available. Still, a great looking set.    Scott
