Got this one with a couple of Bundeswehr hangers but couldn´t ID it yet. Maybe NATO? Thanks for your help!

Ciao, 

 

Italian army badge: comando militare del nord est, army north-east headquarter.

 

I can recognise the lion of Saint Marc (Venezia) and the red cross of Padova. The golden eagle in blue field looks the Friuli-Venezia Giulia flag. The black eagle looks to me the Trento flag but i'm not sure about that...
