What I find unusual is the FAR buckle on the lower left appears to have been painted grey and is on an East German grey belt.

Here is my collection

I found this picture of two Soviet soldiers in Cuba.  The young man on the right is wearing a Cuban belt buckle.  The other soldier is wearing the standard Soviet brass buckle with star, hammer, and sickle. They would trade for the Cuban buckles to look O.G.
