Can anyone help me identify the markings on this British 1907 Bayonet?

Hello:

 

I'm looking for some help.  I just acquired a 1907 pattern bayonet and I'm not familiar with the markings.  I know its a 1907 and I believe that it was accepted in February 1941.  Could someone please tell me if I'm right and what the other markings represent?

It's a Australian 1941 Lithgow bayonet
