  Hi, I recently received this shirt at my museum and was hoping that perhaps someone might know what the arc on the sleeve said? I was able to identify the rest pretty easily but cannot find a description for the arc. My best estimate is that this is from the 80s or possibly the late 70s. Thanks in advance for any help.   Scott
