Bought a small pile of tinnies yesterday and these are the only two I can't identify.

Found the ship one as 1938 National Solidarity Badge

It appears to be a badge for (literal translation): 'workforce festival' for Dörentruper Sand- und Thonwerke GmbH, based in Lippe, Germany. They are a sand supplier, I think, and still in business; 'ehret die arbeit' translates as 'honour the work'. My interest was piqued by the date which seems fairly soon after Hitler became chancellor of Germany.  It's not in my area of knowledge but hope that helps.
