Nice lighter!  Hope you don't mind me hijacking your post but I'd like to show you a couple of my Chinese lighters.  The first is in excellent lightly used condition.  I can't be sure this is a presentation lighter because unfortunately I am unable to read Chinese.  The second one has the presentation on the reverse like yours.  This lighter is in well used condition.
