September 9, 20214 yr #4 When the photograph was printed the developer reversed the negative. Its a great photo and also a good example of a novice move by a photo developer of that time.

September 10, 20214 yr #6 I hope you don't mind me flipping the image vertically and adjusting the lighting. Note the shell 'at the ready' to be loaded. The Flakhelfer with the headset on serves to demonstrate that despite their youth they took their task seriously.
