September 28, 20214 yr #1 Hi, I spotted these caps at the last of the local surplus stores this weekend. Would anyone please give me a translation of what is on the cap tallies? Any info on the caps themselves would be appreciated too. Sorry for the poor photography but they are mounted high up on a wall behind a counter. Thank you in advance for any help here.
