HI, IT IS A GERMAN SHELL CASING. WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE CASING AND WHAT IS THE DIAMETER OF THE HOLE?   PLEASE.  C/13nA  DENOTES A PERCUSSION PRIMER IGNITING  Q.F. (quick fire) CHARGE.   BEST, T BIRD

AN ADDENDUM TO PREVIOUS POST.  Q.F  DOES REFER TO QUICK FIRE  IN THE SENSE THAT THE SHELL, POWDER AND PROJECTILE WERE ONE UNIT. THIS  CAME ABOUT  IN 1906.  PRIOR TO THAT  POWDER WAS SUPPLIED IN SILK BAGS.
