Does anyone know what I'm dealing with here. I was offered this for $500. I passed. The bullion/beaded patches looked too close to the Indian made stuff. The Riker box was sealed shut so I couldn't inspect them individually. Any help would be appreciated. Did I pass on something good?

These are Eisenbahn tabs.The red? piping indicates they are Prussian circa 1910,I would have wanted to see the backs but if they are legit $500 was cheap.
