Just found this photo, the first I'm seeing it, however I first seen it in a book, as a illustration, The Armed Forces of World War II: Uniforms, Insignia and Organization, a 1981 book by Andrew Mollo, like all the other books that are related to Mollo, and the artist Malcolm McGregor, the illustrations of the soldiers are taken from real photos

A Norwegian Sailor in England, like 1942 say, uniform to include Ranks  is wholly Norwegian except for what looks like the Nationality Tab NORWAY, with White Border.
