Original Viet Cong flag?

I have a chance to buy a VC flag and the seller claims it's original. I compared this flag to an original one I own and I'm pretty sure it checks out as original but that's why I'm putting it on here. Seller wants $150

Really hard to tell as there are tons and tons of these that have been made from 1975 til today, one good sign is if it is a silk one with age to it, but the one you posted to me looks like it could have been made last week, with out any solid evidence I would stay away from it.

Are you referring to the star made out of silk? Or the whole flag? I know the one I have is original it was captured and brought home by a us medic. My flag is made out of a cloth material but the star is made out of silk.

Here is mine for reference, I don’t see any age with your one posted.
It should show considerable wear

I have an original one that was brought home by a medic however it doesn't quite have that much wear as the one your showing I'll take a photo of it when I dig it out of the foot locker.
