I think this is the Sd.Kfz. 124 Wespe or a variant of it.

This is easily confused with the SdKfz 138 Marder III  seen in movie "Saving Private Ryan".

It´s the old Tamiya kit of a MARDER II, self propelled tank destroyer SdKfz 131. Wespe is a 105 mm SP Howitzer.

The Sdkz 138 Marder III had a Pz 38(t) chassis unlike the Marder II with the Pz II chassis.
