Bought this for 40 dollars and thought it was real. I asked around and I was told it may be a fake. Can anyone confirm whether or not it’s authentic?

Photos are pretty crappy so if anyone can maybe tell authenticity but need better photos I can try and take more.

Surprisingly some of the Luftwaffe eagles were pretty poorly made and similar to this.  At one time I could have said yay or neigh without looking it up, but these days I no longer collect such and don't have the reference books any more.
