This is the camouflage uniform of the Cuban Special Forces (Avispas Negras/Black Wasps). Uniform was introduced in the 1990s and is still being used today.

Absolutely.  The Black Wasps have received training from the Special Forces of Vietnam, China, North Korea, the Russian Spetsnaz, and Russian Airborne.
