came a s a lot, a bring back of an Iraqi m80 helmet and the flag belong to members of the black watch during op telic.  the flag has hand written annotations from its former owners, members of A COMPANY HQ 1ST BATTALION THE BLACK WATCH (Royal Highland Regiment) from Op Telic 4 and is dated 2004, with issue stamps from 2003.
