Battle Dress Blouse, Norwegian Army 1950’s?

Friendly folks on the forum identified the buttons on the epaulets and the cuffs as Norwegian. Here:  https://www.worldmilitariaforum.com/forums/index.php?/topic/318641-uniform-button-id´d-norwegian/ ) One person commented the buttons were Army from the mid-1950’s. The jacket has markings on the inner facing of the left side pocket, but they have been washed out too much to read (see photo). It is British style, is this what the Norwegian Army wore in the 1950’s? Is it British made? It is very small and has shoulder pads. I wonder if it is for a woman.
