January 19, 20224 yr #1 I know the jump wings are Cuban but I don't know if the medal is Cuban or Soviet. I'm guessing with the 1962 date it has something to do with the Cuban Missile Crisis. The patch feels like felt on the front. Don't know if it is real or Memorex?
